These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of dmetridjames.com (the "Site") and the communications you receive from D'Metrid James Financial Services ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

D'Metrid James Financial Services provides insurance and financial planning solutions for individuals, families, and business owners. D'Metrid James is a licensed life and annuity insurance agent and a licensed Arizona real estate agent. Through the Site, you can learn about and request consultations for life insurance, mortgage protection insurance, indexed universal life insurance, annuities and retirement income planning, trust and estate planning coordination, business and personal tax savings reviews, and real estate services. Insurance products are issued by independent insurance carriers, and availability, features, and pricing vary by carrier and state. Real estate services are provided through James & James Realty Group, brokered by eXp Realty, LLC, licensed in Arizona.

3. SMS Text Messaging Terms

D'Metrid James Financial Services

Program description. When you check a consent box on one of our forms, you may receive text messages from D'Metrid James Financial Services. Non-marketing messages include responses to your inquiry, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and updates about the services you requested. If you separately check the marketing box, you may also receive occasional messages about our insurance and financial planning services. We send only the type of messages you consented to receive.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (945) 222-7946. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Your Responsibilities

Submitting a form or contacting us does not by itself create an agent-client relationship or obligate you to buy anything. Insurance coverage begins only after an application is approved and a policy is issued by the carrier.
